Hello New World...I got some true stories to tell.
I really thought I could write a story and stay behind the scenes.
The internet said, Bish, please.
Not as an indie author—so here I am.

GOING INWARD:
THE MAKING OF A NOVEL
AND MY PATH TO RELEASE
I write because there’s this moody, insistent voice in my head that refuses to let me do anything else. Maybe that’s why the image of me in a straitjacket felt… strangely fitting.
My writing journey has often felt like being locked in a padded room — alone with my inner voice and a story begging to be set free. I write from the moments I felt overlooked, from the seasons when my dreams seemed stalled. I write from the weight of mistakes and shortcomings that once echoed louder than my purpose did.
If you’ve ever wrestled with your own thoughts or wondered what it means to keep showing up for your dreams — welcome. You’re in the right place.
EXPLORING THE MIND.
I’ve always been fascinated by the mind — how our thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and perspective shape the way we move through the world. Simply put, I want to know what the fuck is wrong with people? Myself included.
Maybe that’s why I’ve always been drawn to psychology. But since I lean right-brained (trust me, it’s a deep lean), I do the next best thing: I write from both sides of the couch — therapist and patient — in my forthcoming novel whose title is under wraps for now.
NOT EVERY STORY IS INSTANT.
The internet loves to sell us speed — quick fixes, overnight success, instant results. But real transformation unfolds on a timeline that belongs to something bigger. It’s not just a lesson my main character has to arrive at, but one I’ve learned in the making of this story — and a reminder to us all.
FREEDOM WITHIN.
This story is about release — about realizing that sometimes you are the weight you carry, and that only you can set yourself free.
IDENTITY. LOVE. PURSUIT. BETRAYAL. REDEMPTION.
If this sounds like your thing, stay close — the 'weight' is almost over.
THE 'WEIGHTING' ROOM.
We’re all just figuring it out — trying to balance who we are with who we’re becoming, learning what and who to hold on to and when to let go. So let’s talk about it:
When was the last time you felt torn between who you are and who the world expects you to be?
Have you ever chased success so hard you forgot what fulfillment feels like?
What does “freedom” look like for you right now — and what would it take to claim it?
